J & K Custom Homes, a partnership of Joel Carriker and Karl Edwards, Sonoma Builders, Inc., by Todd Carter, and Levine Children's Hospital are proud to present the fourth annual WCNC Charity Homes Tour. This year's two showhomes are located off Carmel Road within a beautiful new development, Tufton Brae. While showcasing the latest building products and design trends, the tour of homes will raise funds for Levine Children's Hospital.
The public is invited to tour these homes September 10th through September 28th, Wednesdays through Sundays from Noon-6pm. Levine Children's Hospital will receive all proceeds from tour ticket sales. Tickets to tour both homes can be purchased in advance for $8 at four Harris Teeter locations (Colony Place, Morrocroft Village, Cotswold, and Old Towne Mall), or at any Black Lion Furniture location. Otherwise, tickets are $10 at the door of either home.
Both homes are built in the Jeffersonian-style of architecture. As you enter Tufton Brae you will feel as though you are stepping back in time and walking onto Thomas Jefferson's family farm, Tufton Field Farm.
