On November 13, the Dreamcatcher Society celebrated the one-year anniversary of Levine Children's Hospital with a social and recruitment event at Café Monte. Close to 100 members of the group – which consists of parents and individuals interested in the health and well-being of children in our community - joined potential members for food and fellowship. A brief program included remarks from society members Marshall Williamson and Patrick Hobson, who shared the Dreamcatcher's latest goal of endowing the Child Life program at Levine Children's Hospital. They encouraged guests to join the group and current members to re-commit for another five years.

Smoky Bissell, chairman of the Dare To Dream Campaign for Levine Children's Hospital, also spoke and emphasized that new pledges carry an extra significance. All new commitments to the Dreamcatcher Society will be matched by the Leon Levine Foundation, as well as a generous community donor.
