More than 100 Microsoft employees recently participated in the Microsoft Day of Caring at Levine Children's Hospital. Led by CHS Environmental Services Team Leaders, the employees suited up for a day of preparing and cleaning 10 of the 12 floors of the new hospital. Thanks to Microsoft the new hospital will be ready for the patients and families that will soon occupy it after the grand opening on Oct. 20.
El espíritu del equipo de Microsoft y el día fueron dedicados a la familia Witherspoon. El año pasado, Jenna Witherspoon, la hija del empleado de Microsoft Mike Witherspoon, perdió su batalla contra el cáncer. Hoy, su legado sigue vivo. Gracias al apoyo de Microsoft y de otros sectores de la comunidad, una sala en el nuevo hospital llevará el nombre de Jenna en su honor.
